Our Mission

Flavin Ventures was established in 2002 and provides Contract Management and Business Advisory Services. Our services allow our clients to fill project specific and interim management requirements utilizing the professional services of commercially experienced senior executive personnel with capabilities that facilitate the growth, transition, planning and start-up requirements of our clients.

We have significant experience in the management of commercial R&D programs, product development, commercialization and alliances, capital raising, legal and governmental affairs and company management including start-up, M&A and IPO.

Our clients have operational activities that require the services of experienced professionals to complete specific tasks on short-medium term or part-time assignments enabling our clients to manage resources without compromising on experience or quality.
